Great website. I have a 50+ year interest in unusual imported cars. My current German cars are a '59 Lloyd and '56 Messerschmitt. Are there any Wartburgs in New Jersey?

I am a two stroke lover. I owned three Saabs, one Suzuki 2cyl,2cycle jeep and a Subaru 360 van. Still to this day ride a CZ motorcycle and have an early Puch. Wartburgs were sold in California in the early 60s.

I was a Wartburg technician. I worked on Wartburgs from 1981 until 1999 when I left my country.
I love them all, Barkas B1000, Trabant, Wartburg 353.

I saw a 1984 Wartburg 353 three weeks ago in Craigslist in Tampa FL. I tried to buy it but I was late.

I will ask my brothers for all my original documents from the IFA factory of when I use to work for them.
